Description: President Roosevelt is shown standing next to the Lawton statue. This part of the image seems to have been applied to the crowd image as the people are all facing the building, looking away from the President. A group in the audience appears to be wearing uniforms. In the background is the old Marion County Courthouse building, decorated wtih banners.
