Charles W. Evans. blacksmith

Description: Blacksmith Charles W. Evans hammers a farm implement on an anvil in his blacksmith shop on High Street in Corydon, Indiana. Evans learned the trade as a young man around 1911 when he worked as an apprentice to Amiel L. Bulleit in his horeshoeing and carriage shop.
