It is up to parents Last night was not Halloween - yet this morning I find much evidence of it and some damage to property. Now tonight is not Halloween, so you stay home. It is Wednesday night - when folk are prepared for some fun or a little mischief and harmless doings, - but damage to property and endangering life is another thing. None of that! Endangers your own home - every home and the city. 18 cases of false fire alarms last Halloween kept 1/3 of fire apparatus away from stations from 8 p.m. to early a.m. Hands off highway signs Turning them or removing confuses tourists. - Also do not turn city street signs.
