Description:	A giant hand wearing a glove labeled MacArthurs Policy holds Shimada, Tojo, Other Jap War Criminals, people from Allied nations who cooperated with the Japanese, and Hundred Others in its fist. One man has escaped by committing suicide and is falling to the ground. Shimada says he wont kill himself, and Tojo says he has failed at committing suicide like he has failed at everything else. On the right side of the cartoon is a large black dragon, representing the Black Dragon Society, a right-wing nationalist group. A note tacked to the dragon says the society has been disbanded by order of Genl. MacArthur. Tojo, Hideki, 1884-1948; MacArthur, Douglas, 1880-1964; Shimada, Shigetaro, 1883-1976 Image Access WideTEK 25 I dont suicide. I fail suicide like all else. Planned Pearl Harbor. Shimada. Tojo.
