Description:	Public stands on top of a huge roll of paper, on which he has written a 1943 resolution for people to sign. Signatories will promise to do anything and everything they can to help the war effort. A sign on the wall says that the first 5% victory tax will be taken out of paychecks as of January 1st, even if the pay is for work done in December. The moon says that people wouldnt rebel against what was asked of them if they could see what it sees. A clock tower says that it is about five minutes before midnight.
