Indianas new traffic law, which went into effect July 1, will be enforced strictly in Evansville and Vanderburgh county, according to announcements by law enforcement officers. Circuit Judge John W. Spencer, Jr., at the request of The Courier, has prepared a digest of the new act so motorists may understand fully its provisions, several of which are violated daily. Any driver intending to turn right must keep as close to the right hand curb as possible. Any driver intending to turn left must turn from the left portion of the right half of the roadway.
