Description:	A large American flag hangs from the rail of a suspended platform. Several people stand on the platform and look out over the top of the flag. They are labeled as various groups of civilians that have a role to play in the nations defense, such as business, railroads, farmers, labor, and the general public. A group of men in hard hats and coveralls stand at the bottom of the flag and arrange it to hang straight. Letters on the back of their coveralls spell out To Aid in Defense.
