The National OPA points to some barrels of gasoline and says Indiana has been using more than their quota lately. New coupons and folders, which must be endorsed before use. A news story about a woman who worked for a rationing board and was stealing coupons. Two cars full of young people pass one another. The driver of one car says he will drive up and down Main Street and go to basketball semi-finals if he can get enough gas.

Important. Immediately write in ink or indelible pencil your car license number and state of registration on the face of each coupon. Otherwise these coupons are invalid and may be revoked. A Lansing, Michigan, woman civic leader who was chief clerk for a ration board accused by officer of theft of 100,000 gasoline coupons. She was head of the To Black out Black Market campaign.
