The victims were promised large amounts of cash in the near future, in exchange for a small amount of cash in the present, via emails claiming to be sent from Nigeria.; A man was arrested for allegedly viewing child pornography at a Muncie Public Library branch in Muncie, Indiana.; A judge in Madison County, Indiana has ruled that the psychiatric records for Frederick Baer will not be released to the public before Baers murder trial. The judge hopes to avoid contaminating the jury pool. Baer had unsuccessfully attempted to plead guilty but mentally ill last week, before changing his plea to not guilty this week.; The owners of several independent garages in Portland, Indiana worry about the effect that a planned Wal-Mart store will have on their businesses.; The staff of the Lakeview Restaurant in Dublin, Indiana celebrated St. Patricks Day on March 17, 2005. Several people affiliated with the restaurant have relatives living in Ireland.; Weather.; Students from Ball State University will host an online field trip to the National Museum of the American Indian on March 22, 2005.
