Description: Andrew Saunders, the son of Indiana State Representative for District 54 Tom Saunders, has turned himself into the New Castle Police Department. The NCPD had issued an arrest warrant for Andrew, who may have been involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident that killed Thomas Jackman of New Castle, Indiana on February 4, 2005.; The City of Anderson, Indiana has requested assistance from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management with clean-up efforts after a fire at the Advanced Magnesium Alloys Corporation plant in Anderson, Indiana in January 2005. They fear that residents in nearby neighborhoods could be exposed to asbestos or other harmful substances during the AMACOR clean-up process.; Wayne C. Melton has been released from the Jay County Jail after his family posted bail. Melton allegedly attempted to abduct a convenience store employee in Redkey, Indiana.; Richmond Parks and Recreation has requested over four years worth of back rent from the Richmond Roosters, a Frontier League professional baseball team.
