This is the front gate at the White Lick Presbyterian Cemetery located at the fork of North County Road 600 East and North County Road 575 East. It is owned by the White Lick Presbyterian Church. According to the White Lick Presbyterian Church history, the church was founded in 1851 by a group of Scottish immigrants who had moved to the area. For the first four years the church met in members homes. A simple church structure was built in 1856 for the members to meet in. The present-day structure was erected in 1881. This photograph was taken on June 25, 2011. |
