Description:	This file contains 4 documents related to a suit Jonathan Marney brought against James Skidmore in a plea of trover and conversion. The first summons commands James Skidmore to appear before the court on the last Monday of July, 1809. The summons is witnessed and signed by court clerk Robert Buntin on June 12, 1809, and executed by deputy sheriff James Crow at a cost of $5.87.
