Sullivan, James vs. Luke Decker, administrator of Daniel Sullivan

Description:	Civil court case in which James Sullivan sues Luke Decker, administrator of Daniel Sullivan. to recover a debt of $1,358.78. The case was brought over a judgment made in James Sullivans favor in the Jefferson County, Kentucky Court of General Quarter Sessions in April 1796. Sullivan had been awarded 407 pounds, 12 shillings, and 7 pence in Kentucky currency. That award was for damages, due to nonpayment of a debt, along with court costs.
