John Holland vs Rachael Badollett 1847

Description:	The file contains two documents regarding the suit John Holland brought against the estate of Albert Badollett in 1847. One document contains a listing of items owed to Holland by Badollett. The amount of his share of the judgement of the Bank of Indiana vs Z. Pulliam, John Holland, A.B.McKee and A.B. Badollett for $353.77 and Interest $78.21; Tax on Lot 308 for 1836 $.72; Share of cost of Isaac Mass $1.20 ; Share of note due William Burtch $9.99: Total $90.12. The second document is a receipt to Rachael Badollett from John C. Holland. The receipt was written on March 14, 1849 for $81.54, half the amount paid on Zacheriah Pulliam bond to Knox County, for which Holland, A.B. McKee and Albert Badollett were security for said Pulliam and a judgement was entered against said R. Badollett as Executrix of A. Badollett deceased. The paperwork for the case was filed by W.R. McCord, Clerk, on November 19, 1847.
