Description:	The file contains two documents regarding the suit A.B. McKee brought against the estate of Albert Badollett in 1849. One is an account sheet listing charges of McKee with Badollett and one is a receipt of Rachael Badollet to McKee. On March 15 1849, received from Rachael Badollett widow of Albert Badollett $81.54 in full my share of claims against Albert Badollett on account of co-security ship for Z. Pulliam. A.B. McKee by A.T. Ellis. The account document: Estate of Albert Badollett to A.B. McKee: 1849 to amount of his share of the Judgement of Bank of Indiana vs Z. Pulliam, John Holland, and A.B McKee for $353 and Interest $78.21, tax on lot #308 for 1836 $.72, share of cost of Isaac Mass $1.20, share of note due W. Burtch $9.99 for a total of $90.12. 1841 November to 10 bushel of apples $3.75 for a total of $93.87. The paperwork was filed November 20, 1847 by W.R. McCord, Clerk.
