The file contains to account sheets, one of John Snapp with John Dunning and one account sheet of John Dunning with John Snapp. These documents were filed May 15, 1838 by W.R. McCord, Deputy Clerk. On the account sheet of debits for John Snapp 1833-1835 were listed: amount of account handed $53.65 ash timber $4.50, sheeting $3.20, 600 feet ash flooring $8.25, 26 pieces 3 by 9 $10.92, 6 pieces 3 by 12 $2.23, hauling to town $1.00, stable $.75 for the total $84.53. The second accounting sheet of Dunnings charges and credits include: balance due as brought from ledger $5.56, sharpening plough $3.37 1/2, difference of 1/2 and 3/8 iron put on wheels $5.00, ironing and lining horse waggon with iron, $50.00, and painting same $4.00 for the total of $64.93 1/2. On the credits: iron got of burch at 7 full $18.56, liberty of cutting poles $.75, 500 feet $3.75 for the total of $23.00 in credits. The plaintiff was allowed $19.25 |
