Emison and Holland, administrators of Christian Graeter vs Solomon Shuler

Description: A promissory note for $10.50 signed by Solomon Shuler on June 17, 1826 and that was due September 7, 1826 payable to Willis Fellows. An account Christian Graeter had with Solomon Shuler. The account is dated from December 24, 1826 to November 18, 1830 for $19. The account is for pork, apple butter, cider and apples. On February 14, 1833, Lawrence County, Il. Solomon Shuler appoints J. K. Dubois his and Jane Shulers agent to settle with the administrator of the estate of Christian Graeter, deceased. The administrator known as Samuel Emison and John Holland and the defendant by his lawyer Jesse K. Dubois, his arbitrator, appear in court. The plaintiff after deducting a fee paid and adding interest on the note on hand files it with the court and the case is moved to the Probate Court per G. W. Johnston, Justice of the Peace on February 14, 1833.
