Description: This is the Grand Army of the Republic application of William D. Ladd, dated February 19, 1886. William first enlisted in 1861 (month / day omitted) as a Private in Company C 77th Regiment of the Indiana Volunteers and was discharged on December 14, 1963. William re-enlisted in 1863 (month / day omitted) as a Private in Company C 77th Regiment of the Indiana Volunteers and was discharged on June 17, 1865.
