Description: This is the Grand Army of the Republic application of Patrick Kelly, dated April 22, 1880. Patrick first enlisted on May 7, 1861 as a Private in Company F 14th Regiment of the Indiana Volunteer Infantry and was discharged on December 4, 1862. Patrick re-enlisted on July 20, 1863 as a Sadler in Company F 119th Regiment of the Indiana Volunteers and was discharged on February 14, 1866. Patricks application was recommended by Jacob N. Bickel. Examining Committee members were Jeremiah Voris and Jackson Staff. Applicant Elected, Mustered, Number on Des. Book, Adjutant, and Post Commander information omitted.
