Naber kid doll (Amy)

Description: This doll was manufactured by the Naber Gestalt Corporation in Homosassa, Florida in 1989 owned by Harold Naber (noted doll maker). This doll is the 83rd doll in the line of dolls created by the Naber. The Amy doll was carved in Arizona and was part of the Naber Kid series (the 17th in the series). The doll was a limited run only produced for 1001 days. When produced the doll sold for $123. Its 2004 estimated value is $575. The doll is marked with Amy Naber Kids on the body. The body is cloth and the eyes are painted (side glancing). The hair is a wavy brown yarn and the mouth is painted. The clothing is original. The doll is in excellent condition and stands 18 inches (45.7 cm) tall.
