A memorial poster for the 1st Delaware Battery which was mustered out in August 15, 1862. The poster is ornate with many red, white and blue motifs and two images, including one of Justice in the form of a blindfolded woman holding a sword in one hand and a scale in another. The poster also has several Greek style columns and various images of soldiers leaving home and returning victorious. Officers and Privates are listed on three roll sheets. All of this appears below an eagle perched on a shield. |
