Description: A letter from the Assistant Quartermaster J. H. Sperry, July 25, 1864. The letter states that J.R. Walker of Company K of the 80th Indiana Infantry, was provided with transportation to Carlisle, IN. The transportation had cost $4.40 and the money was to be deducted from Walkers pay.
