Description: The probate record for Cyrus Thompson, 1848 is in Box 47 of probate records archive at the Knox County Public Library’s McGrady-Brockman House. The administrator account report shows a disbursement to J.P. Reynolds, M.D. The sales bill lists William Smith as purchasing items. An inventory sheet listed on back as “notes owed” are Thomas Walker and David Silence. Also listed are book accounts against David Silence, Willis Springs, and William Smith.
