Knox County court record mentioning Joseph Armack, 1799

Description: Joseph Armack (possibly the same person as in folder 324 although race is not noted.) General Washington Johnston is suing Bonaventure di Rozier, a carpenter, for removing $300 of picket fencing from his (Johnston’s) home. Armack is summoned as a witness in a document dated May 15, 1799. These items are held in Folder 343, Box 4 of the Knox County Circuit Court Files at the Knox County Public Library’s McGrady Brockman House.
