McHenry do hereby certify that on the 2 day of November 1851 I joined in marriage Mr. Robert Duncan and Miss Jane Achley (negros of colour) according to law of the State of Indiana. Given under my hand this 3rd day of November 1851. D. McHenry J. P. “
