Knox County probate record for Jesse R. Dunnigan, 1863

Description:	The probate record for Jesse R. Dunningan is housed in Box 68 of the Knox County probate records. It can be found at the Knox County Public Library’s McGrady-Brockman House. On July 27, 1863 Sarah Dunnigan files a statement that Jesse R. Dunnigan departed this life on July 11, 1863. She also states that the estate is valued at less than $300.00. Sarah Dunningan files an affidavit in the office of the clerk stating she had selected Joseph Clark as her appraiser and the court selects Toussaint Barrois to be their appraiser. An inventory was filed stating that the estate was valued at $217.50.
