Knox County probate records for Isaac Pennington, 1853

Description:	The probate record for Isaac Pennington is housed in Box 52 of the Knox County probate records. It can be found at the Knox County Public Library’s McGrady-Brockman House. A type written document was found in the file that gave information on a Scott County Kentucky Estate of Hugh McCormick, Will Book A, P. 69, October 1799, naming a wife Katherine, daughter, Mary daughter, Elizabeth, sons, George, and William. Several list of items owed to Isaac Pennington’s estate. A written document dated December 16, 1853 naming William Pennington as the administrator of Isaac Pennington’s estate. Benjamin Pennington made a statement that Isaac Pennington passed away on December 1, 1853. Other documents found in the estate are receipts, newspaper advertisement, and accounts with various merchants, inventory of the estate, list of creditors, sale of real estate, and sales of estate items.
