Knox County probate record for Eliza Jane Price, 1845

Description:	A folder containing probate records for Eliza Jane Price is housed in the Probate Records section, Box 40, at the Knox County (IN) Public Library’s McGrady-Brockman House. A press-printed bond dated March 3, 1845 names James F. McClure as administrator. Clippings from the Vincennes Gazette dated March 6, 1845 suggest an estate that is solvent and advertise an administrator’s sale. The file also includes affidavits relating to an inventory, an inventory and bill of sale for said inventory. There are administrator’s accounts and a claim for grave markers.
