Memorial is dressed up with bunting, assuming it to be red, white, and blue, as the Train must be. Just visible is a long line of people waiting to enter the Train, along the sea (retaining) wall of the Wabash River, extending to outside the frame of the picture. Crowds of people mill around the Memorial and it grounds. Freedom Train sent out by U. S. Government to encourage patriotism. |
