Many of last years members have organized leagues in the communities in which they are teaching. Miss Barbour, our former president, has sent us word of her work in Grainola, and wishes for the further success of our organization. If you do not belong, come to our next meeting and make yourself a part of an organization which is fast extending throughout the state. This is not a question of passing importance, but a real live issue that will play a large fac¬ tor in determining the character of American homes and womankind. Come, cease idling, take your share of responsibility in the worlds work.THE WOMANS LEAGUE.The Womans League is one of the main fac¬ tors in the Normal this year. Rush season was as exciting as usual. Many girls were pledged by the different sections. There are nine active sections in school and each section is expecting to have the best times this term that can be had. |
