Jeff Englishs transcribed personal account of a dirty woman in Terre Haute, Indiana. According to English, the woman lived on Center street and had no working sewage facilities in her house. An official with the Public Health department went to her house to investigate and found a bathtub full of feces. There were also rats all over the house. English states that he doesnt know what happened to that lady after the officials visit. |
