Description: |
Jane L. Horvaths transcribed interview of Connie Jenkins about Roy Swain. According to Jenkins, Swain is a very dirty man with a long yellow beard who lives on the main street in her town. His porch is covered in empty boxes and there are hundreds of rats running around his house. Jenkins states that once a year, the police and fire marshal come to tell Swain to clean up his property, but he never does. Swain also has several dogs that are always on his property. When his favorite dog died, he put it in the freezer since he couldnt dig it a grave. |
