Description: Robert Gilloglys transcribed interview of Charles Alexanders account of the Tarp Man of Sullivan County. According to Alexander, the man lived in Sullivan County, Indiana, and when a road was built on his property he burned down his house, shot his dog, laid down a tarp, and killed himself.
