Mentions that it should also be a place dedicated to free speech. Says that such people as Reverend Percy Stickney Grant, Reverend John Haynes Holmes, and Frederic C. Howe are backing the project. Writes that there is a push to obtain some property to build the Peoples House on 15th Street. Mentions that the property is partly paid for but that there is a need for more money. Says that he is trying to come up with the money by asking people to invest in 4% bonds. Writes that for more information Bertha H. Mailly should be contacted. |
