Writes that the Young Peoples Socialist League of Greater New York is starting a similar campaign which will kick off on 4/2/1921 with a ball at Stuyvesant Casino. Tells Eugene V. Debs that it is necessary to make this ball a financial success so that the Young Peoples Socialist League can continue its educational activities. Assures Eugene V. Debs that the ball would be so much better if he could join them. Remarks that he is enclosing tickets for Eugene V. Debs and his entire family. Says that if the Attorney-General will not let Eugene V. Debs come to the ball then he requests that Eugene V. Debs send a telegram with his greetings. |
