Says that he received a letter from the World Church Movement asking for a statement to be used in their campaign. Tells Eugene V. Debs that he made Eugene V. Debs the hero of his statement. Remarks that he has heard Eugene V. Debss name said more frequently over the past few months than Woodrow Wilson or anyone else. Assures Eugene V. Debs that even among his enemies Eugene V. Debss name is said with respect.
