Says that she and Eugene V. Debs talked about Eugene V. Debs prison days. Writes that Eugene V. Debs suffered from a great deal of insomnia while in prison. Mentions that Eugene V. Debs recently had a visit from George Eckert, the sheriff who was in charge of Eugene V. Debs when he was prisoner in Woodstock, Illinois. Says that it was from Eugene V. Debs Woodstock Prison experience that he became a socialist.
