Says that nonetheless he is still thankful for people like Eugene V. Debs who can endure all things for the cause of truth and the love of men. Mentions that he was happy to see that the Labor Party that was formed recently in Chicago, Illinois passed a unanimous resolution supporting the release of Eugene V. Debs. Says that this goes to show that the cry for amnesty is growing. |
