Writes that on the 15th, 16th, and 18th of October he would like Eugene V. Debs to speak in New Jersey on the question of womens suffrage. Mentions that rest of the days meetings will be held in New York City, New York. Tells Eugene V. Debs that he would like him to speak on different topics at each of these meetings. Explains that he will use Eugene V. Debs presence to revive the socialist movement in New York City, New York which he hopes will result in the election of a few Socialist aldermen.
