Writes that if she was governor she would establish a co-operative system, outlaw war, promote state insurance policies, advocate work or wages and mothers pensions, make birth control available, provide old-age security, insure an adequate pension for teachers, turn prisons into centers of learning, promote socialized hospitals, put the single tax into effect with tax exemptions for farmers and widows, and insure that political and class war prisoners are no more.
