Debs that he will be 12 years old tomorrow. Remarks that he is planning on writing the Socialist Party headquarters for literature that he can distribute to the workers of Little Rock, Arkansas. Mentions that there are only union people that live around him. Says that he wished that he was older so that he could vote for Eugene V. Debs. Remarks that he read Eugene V. Debss Message to the Children and agrees with what it says. Informs Theodore Debs that there are a lot of children in Little Rock, Arkansas who have to work.
