Description:	may 14 1987 city of terre haute 95 section 2 whereas an emergency exists for the immediate taking effect of the ordinance the same shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the common council of terre haute and approval of the mayor and publication as required by law presented by louis j duby councilman passed in open council this 8th day of january 1987 motion was made by mr duby and seconded by mr kirchner that special ordinance no 20 1987 be engrossed and placed upon its passage motion was considered defeated because of a 4 yes and 3 no vote however motion is considered to have passed since the council is considered not to have taken action since area planning gave a favorable recommendation and the mayor did not veto within 90 days of certification date of area planning appropriation ordinance no 5 1987 appropriation ordinance no 5 1987 was read by digest committee report terre haute indiana may 14 1987 to the mayor and the common council of the city of terre haute indiana gentlemen your committee on finance with mr frazier as chairman to whom was referred appropriation ordinance no 5 1987 wishes to report favorably respectfully submitted l.e frazier larry kirchner james cook william price william thompson appropriation ordinance no 5 1987 an ordinance to appropriate additional sums of money for expenses incurred during the year 1987 whereas it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget now therefore be it ordained by the common council of the city of terre haute vigo county indiana that for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified subject to the laws governing the same cumulative capital amount amount improvement fund requested appropriated rubberized crossing 3,794.10 3,794.10 csx crossing on poplar street at 9 street total 3,794.10 3,794.10 presented by louis j duby councilman
