Barbara Aimone is a first generation American, born in Clinton in 1911. She and her sister Caroline Bonacorsi are well known cooks who prepare traditional Italian specialties such as tortellini. She demonstrated to Keith Ludden how to make some of her pasta dishes and described what it was like growing up in Clintons Italian community in the 1920s. |
