LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Community Development Programof South Bend, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 11, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. local time in Room 323 of the County City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. The following will be given public hearing:1. The range of activities that may be undertakenunder the Urban Development Action Grant Programas authorized by Section 119 of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1977. 2. The amount of funds available for the Urban Development Action Grant Program. 3. The selection criteria to be used by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developmentto evaluate applications for funding.4.
