1st Annual Black History Month, program, February 29, 2016

Description: Program from an event sponsored by the City of South Bend in celebration of Black History Month. The event recognized twenty people who have contributed to the citys history. The event was held on February 29, 2016 at the Charles Martin Youth Center in South Bend. Honorees included Darryl Boykins, John Charles Bryant, Richmond and Virginia Calvin, Lynn Coleman, Bernice Freeman, Verge Brother Sage Gillam, May Lee Johnson, George McCullough, Gladys Muhammad, Charlotte Pfeiffer, Jack Reed, Debra Stanley, Luther Taylor, Lester Townsend, Jake Webster, Clara White, Karen White, and Bobbie Woods.
