We are structuring our guestpresentations differently this year to encourage staff attendancewithout causing excessive disruption in their work activities.To accomplish this, all presentations have been scheduled aroundthe lunch and dinner periods. Please note that your meeting timeand place is set for 11:30 a.m., Monday, February 11 in theEpworth Room. I have enclosed a draft copy of the list ofactivities planned throughout the month of February for yourinformation and reference.We have adopted the 1985 National Black History Theme Afro-American Families: Historical Strengths for the New Year as ourhospital theme.
