(on small scrap of paper; not in George Winters handwriting) Frances Slocum died March 9, 1847; her eldest daughter (Ke-ke-na-rush-wa) died March 13, 1847; her second daughter (Tah-so-wah) died June 1877; she had been married to Wah-pa-pe-top (Peter Bundy). A Frances Slocum monument at the Osage Village near Peru, where she had lived, was dedicated May 17, 1900. |
