Description: Interior of a bar showing a bartender pouring a glass of Old Grand-Dad bourbon whiskey for a customer. Hanging above the bar is a model of the E. T. Slider steamboat. Written on the back is ;Chick Buehler Cafe / Auburn Brooks / Bud Penn (Fred).; The catalog card states: ;Auburn Carver (?), bartender at Chicks Cafe (113 E. Main St.) is shown with Fred (Bud) Penn at the bar. (Name written on back of photo is Auburn Brooks; 1931-32 New Albany city directory lists Auburn Carver and Brooks Carver at the same address. 920-p10-4194 has the name Auburn Carver written on the back, and the bartender is the same in both photos. A model of the E. T. Slider is visible in the photo. (Chick Buhler was proprietor.);
