Col Kiger is farthest to left; two commissary sergeants in center. / Dr. Foxworthy in mid air.Dr. Frank Foxworthy (1873-1939) was born in Kentland, Indiana, attended college at DePauw University, and practiced medicine in Indianapolis over 20 years. He was a captain in the US Army during the Spanish-American War, and was the chief surgeon in the 160th Indiana Regiment. |
