| Description: |
The bridge, built over the Flatrock River by Archibald Kennedy & Sons in 1883 and raised in 1949, is considered a village-style bridge because of the walkways. Kennedy also used the patented Burr Arch in all of his bridges. The portal was originally rounded but was later squared off for truck traffic. |
